I love banana and peanut butter. They taste so yummy yet healthy. Eating banana before workout will give you extra energy..so does peanut butter. So why don't combine them as a healthy yummy breakfast meal? Remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

- Rolled your bread until it thin enough to make a wrap
- Spread peanut butter and add sliced banana on top
