Banana Peanut Butter Wrap

I love banana and peanut butter. They taste so yummy yet healthy. Eating banana before workout will give you extra does peanut butter. So why don't combine them as a healthy yummy breakfast meal? Remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Not having breakfast =  feel tired,not energized :(

I know some of us doesn't have much time to prepare breakfast..but this recipe is very simple and quick to make.

You'll just need :
  • Banana
  • Whole wheat bread
  • Peanut butter
How to?
  •  Rolled your bread until it thin enough to make a wrap
  • Spread peanut butter and add sliced banana on top

Then rolled it baby! And enjoy your banana peanut butter wrap..yuum :)

This wrap also can be one of your choice of healthy snack or after workout meal. Easy to make..easy to bring with you :)

Rice papers is one of Vietnam traditional dish. Biasanya isinya udang and vegetables wrapped in a thin spring roll look a like skin which made from rice. It is looks like a raw spring rolls if you don't have any idea about it.  You can buy the skin at supermarket or food store that sells Asian ingredients.
Actually you can put anything you like inside your rice papers. Meat,chicken,seafood,veggies etc

I made these shrimp rice papers for my hubby's healthy snack. I just can't stand him eating gorengan or mie ayam as his late night snack at the office.

My rice papers filled with boiled shrimp, carrots, kyuri (Japanese cucumber) and glass noodles. Pretty healthy right?

Shrimp&Veggies Rice Paper

The sauce..."Nuoc Cham"
Got this recipe from Drool Factor

3-4 lime or lemon juice
2 tbs sugar
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 tbs fish sauce

Additional : garlic (chopped) and chilli paddy

Mix all the ingredients together :)

Nasi Goreng Teri Ala ala

Ini resep nasi goreng ala ala banget. Iseng bermain2 dengan bumbu karena hubby requested me to make nasi goreng teri for dinner which I never make before. Otak-atik bumbu apparentely it turned out to be yummy!
Penasaran resepnya? Here's the recipe :

You'll need :
  • Nasi
  • Teri kering
  • Kecap manis
  • Kecap asin
  • Garam
  • Merica/lada 
* Bumbu :
  • Bawang putih
  • Bawang merah
  • Cabai rawit merah
  • Ketumbar
  • Garam
* Semua sesuai selera saja, dan dihaluskan.

How to?
  • Tumis bumbu sampai wangi
  • Masukan teri, tumis sampai agak kering
  • Masukan nasi, beri garam dan lada secukupnya/sesuai selera
  • Beri kecap asin dan manis secukupnya
And voila your nasi goreng teri ala ala is ready to be served.
